4. Does Blossom test on animals?

No way! Blossom loves and cares for all living things and would never test our ingredients or products on animals. Pinky swear!

5. What does it mean when the product is labeled "Hypoallergenic"?

A: Hypo-allergenic means that the product has been tested on the skin of human volunteers under the careful watch of dermatologists (um, skin doctors) who check for skin irritation and allergies.

6. What does it mean when the product is labeled "oil-free"?

A: If a product is labeled "oil-free" it means that it has little or no ingredients that can aggravate oily or acne prone skin. It's a good thing!

7. What if I get one of the facial products in my eyes?

A: Oops, don't panic! We've all had eye-stinging mishaps. If you get product gunk in your eye, wash eyes immediately with cool water until they feel clean and refreshed. If you've done this and you're still in the red or feeling some pain, you may need to call a doctor.

8. Do lips need protection from the sun too?

A: Lips don't tan, but they can easily burn. Your pucker and the skin around your mouth is extra sensitive so don't forget to use SPF.

9. What does it mean when the product says "fragrance free"?

A: That means the product has no detectable odor. It may still contain some fragrance, but in such a small amount that it won't give off a noticeable scent.

10. Is there a special order to the products in each collection?

Some of the collections work better when you use the products in the right order. Here's how to do it right: With Bailey's Skincare 101, we recommend that you start with PURE-FECTION facial cleanser to clean your face. After your face is clean, follow up with FRESH START to tone and then SAVE FACE to moisturize. DREAM BIG should be used at night, independent of the other steps. With Brooklyn's Hair Care products, we recommend that you first use SQUEEKY CLEAN to shampoo your hair and then EGO BOOST to condition. Follow up with THINKING CAP to deep condition when you hair needs it most. And once you're out of the shower, let UNDER COVER work its magic. When using Berry's Bath and Body Collection, you'll first want to use BERRY CLEAN to cleanse. Once out of the shower, you can moisturize with SUCH-A-SOFTIE and then add some scent with SUGAR BOMB. Before you go out, use a little POWER PUFF on your soft and yummy-smelling skin as a finishing touch. Bexley's Skincare Solutions is a bit different since you can use all the products separately and only when you need it. SPEAK YOUR MIND Lip Balm can be used as often as needed, and we recommend using ALL-STAR SPF 30 moisturizer on days where you're going to be out in the sun for long periods of time. POLISHED ACT and GET REAL are to be used only when you need it. But before you use these two skin-savers, make sure to clean your skin first.

11. What if you use the products out of order?

Please read the above question and answer. With some of the products, they will work better when used together and in the right order. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.
